In order to submit an article, you have to enter a headline and the text of your message. After submitting it will be stored in a temporary database, until it will have been verified and released by an administrator.
For obvious reasons standard HTML code cannot be used in articles. Instead you can use Uniform Bulletin Board Code (UBBC) in posts.
